My second teaching method is Biology, and I hope to teach in a co-educational secondary school once I have completed my degree.

At uni, we have completed Level 1 Coaching courses in AFL and Rugby League and I have also had experience coaching school level soccer. When I finish my degree at RMIT, I plan to teach Physical Education and Heath at a Secondary School Level and perhaps further my studies.

I completed my VCE at Our Lady of Mercy College and was an active student in most sports that the school offered. In my final years at school I was hockey captain and SRC captain.
I continue to play hockey and swim on a regular basis. While studying I work as a lifeguard and swim teaching. A large part of my swim teaching is teaching disabled children in which I enjoy greatly.
During school holidays I work on a School Holiday Program in which I complete all the daily plans and organize the activities that the children will be involved in.

I completed my high school education in 2005 at Lilydale High School and absolutely loved it there. While at Lilydale I was involved in most of the sports that were available and had a good relationship with both my peers and teachers. In year 11 I was awarded year level captain and in year 12 was elected female sports captain of the school, two roles which I enjoyed having.
My interest has always been all sports and throughout high school I involved myself in all sports both within the school and at an interschool sport level. I play both netball and basketball currently, however they are at more of a social level as I played basketball at a representative level until I injured my knee and as a result have had to cut back on the amount of sport I am involved in.
I
am a very active, enthusiastic, motivated and will have a go at anything that is thrown in front of me. My second teaching method is Health, and when I finish my degree at RMIT University I wish to seek employment straight away at a Secondary School as teaching has always been my goal.

Went to Lilydale high school in eastern Melbourne and graduated in 2005.
I have participated in a lot of sports during my primary / high school years, including basketball, netball, state swimming, triathlon (came first in Victoria for the under 13's in 2000) and cycling (3 rd in state in 2000 and 2001). I continue to participate in my favourite sport, kickboxing, which I have been doing since 2004 and I also have a keen interest in graphic arts.
When I finish university I hope to teach PE / Sport, health and graphic arts in a state / government school in Melbourne or rural Victoria for a couple of years before hopefully teaching in Germany for a few more!
